Welcome to GF Yourself! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GF Yourself website and your purchase of our products and subscription services.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
GF Yourself! is operated by Gluten Free Yourself Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16837811), with registered office at 21 Yew Tree Way, Barford, Warwick CV35 8EF.
2. Definitions
- "We", "us", "our" refers to GF Yourself and its operating company
- "You", "your" refers to the customer or user of our services
- "Subscription" refers to recurring delivery of gluten-free product boxes
- "One-time Purchase" refers to single orders including gift boxes
- "Products" refers to all items sold through our website
- "Services" refers to our subscription and delivery services
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To purchase a subscription or make orders, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Subscriptions
4.1 Subscription Service
Our subscription service provides regular delivery of curated gluten-free product boxes on a monthly basis.
4.2 Subscription Plans
- Monthly subscription: Billed monthly, ships once per month
- Subscription details, pricing, and contents are as described on our website at the time of purchase
4.3 Billing and Renewals
- Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
- Payment is charged to your designated payment method on your billing date
- We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance
- Price changes do not apply to pre-paid multi-month subscriptions
4.4 Subscription Changes
You may:
- Upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan
- Pause your subscription for up to 1 month
- Changes must be made at least 2 business days before your next billing date
4.5 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer service at hello@gfyourself.co.uk
- Cancellations must be made by the 13th of the month to avoid being charged for the next box
- No refunds are provided for boxes already dispatched unless due to a fault of GF Yourself!
5. Orders and Pricing
5.1 Product Information
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content is completely accurate, current, or error-free.
5.2 Pricing
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Shipping costs are additional unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
5.3 Order Acceptance
- Your order is an offer to purchase our products
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
- We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email
- A contract is formed when we dispatch your order
5.4 Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Digital payment methods as displayed at checkout
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store complete credit card information.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Certain remote areas may incur additional charges or have limited availability.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Channel Islands are subject to different delivery times and costs as specified at checkout.
6.2 Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 1 business day, 2 business days for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Channel Islands.
- Subscription boxes: Dispatched on or around 15th of each month
6.3 Delivery Issues
If your delivery is delayed, damaged, or lost:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control
6.4 Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Your Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
7.2 Exceptions
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (food products)
- Products that have been opened or consumed
- Gift cards or vouchers
7.3 Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect products:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
- We will provide a replacement or full refund
7.4 Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7.5 Subscription Refunds
- No refunds for partially consumed subscription periods
- Prepaid multi-month subscriptions are non-refundable

- Product allergen information is provided on all product packaging
- Products may be processed in facilities that handle allergens
- We are not liable for allergic reactions; customers must check ingredients carefully

- Do not consume products if packaging is damaged

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any illness, injury, or allergic reaction resulting from consumption of our products. Customers use products at their own risk.
