After being diagnosed as a coeliac, my first experience with gluten-free food was a tagliatelle from a supermarket that was so slimy and disgusting I actually cried and thought ‘I can’t live like this!’ It felt like gluten-free consumers were treated like second-class citizens. The choice and taste often terrible, the bread dry and disintegrating, but somehow still so expensive!

GF Yourself! was born out of this frustration. In a world of innovation, it feels criminal that such a large group of people is so often underserved by the food & drink industry, and I wanted to change that for people. There are so many incredible independent brands out there, and we want to bring them right to your doorstep. No more settling for the free-from aisle options. No more 3-hour missions to try a new gluten-free bakery. No more repeating the same snacks because they’re the only safe option. You deserve proper gluten-free products that are healthy and tasty, that don’t fall apart, and that we can all enjoy together.
